You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Change of mind

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us and we'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund.

Custom or made-to-order items

Custom or made-to-order items (for example custom threads) can only be returned if faulty.

How to return

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
